Lakeside Chuckwagon Dinner
Meander down a wooded trail to Big Cedar’s own rustic campsite. Settle in around the campfire and dine on grilled steak, campfire beans and more. Relax under the stars and if you like, ask about our own “Singin’ Cowboy.” This activity has quickly become one of our groups’ favorites. It combines great food and great entertainment in a nostalgic cowboy setting that everyone enjoys!
Your group is divided into teams. Each team is given the same ingredients and tools to cook up a great dish. You have one hour to become the Chili Champs! Each bowl of chili will be presented to our judges. This activity requires a minimum of 14 people and has an hour and a half minimum time commitment.
Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Academy
Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Academy offers 1,200 acres of outdoor adventure with sport shooting, archery and target practice. This is an ideal place for your group to privately enjoy the outdoors and develop safe shooting skills. A billiard space, dining areas, outdoor patios, and an outdoor amphitheater are all available to your team.
Top of the Rock – Cave, Golf, Practice Facility, Wine Event Room & Wine Bar
Johnny Morris’ Top of the Rock Ozarks Heritage Preserve offers some of the most unique experiences for your guests. Whether you explore the native landscape on the Lost Canyon Cave and Nature Trail, play a round of golf on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, host a private dinner or tour through the Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum, your guests will be in awe over this one-of-a-kind property.
Buffalo Ridge Springs – Golf tournament
Formerly known as Branson Creek, Buffalo Ridge has been transformed by the guiding hands of visionary conservationist Johnny Morris and renowned golf course architect Tom Fazio. Adding new approaches, water features and bunkers, Morris and Fazio have redesigned the course layout to bring players in close contact with nature, native grasses and free-ranging buffalo from near-by Dogwood Canyon Nature Park.
Pirate Scavenger Hunt-
On the pirate treasure hunt, teams will receive a special list of riddles. But this is no landlubber’s game – the search takes place on a pontoon boat out on Table Rock Lake in search of your pirate treasure. After all of the booty is recovered, all pirates will return to land for a pirate song you’ll write together. This activity requires 15 people and a two-hour minimum time commitment.
Paint and Pour
Create a masterpiece with teammates, family or friends! Our Art Instructor will walk you through step-by-step in a fun, laid-back environment. No painting skills are required, and we’ll provide all the supplies needed, including easels, paint, canvas, brushes and an apron. You get to take the apron and your artwork home! This activity requires a minimum of 10 people and has a two-hour minimum time commitment.
